Quiet contemplation

Where has my head been?

 Returning to Adelaide has

 given me the opportunity to wander

 and rediscover the beauty of 

 the natural environment at my  

 doorstep. The meandering river.

 My posting has slowed.

 Life has changed.

Be in the moment

My best buddy, we sleep in, rest, talk, observe

chill and just "be" in the moment. Its a wonderful

feeling that makes the rest of the world disappear.
